I have found this company great to deal with from my many questions during due diligence on the product, purchase , delivery and follow up after delivery. I give it a 4 out of 5. If the battery that I have showed the charge level, the unit easily disassembled one place for the weight and cumbersome car loading and the battery locked on without the need for a key I would give it a 5.

The fully assembled product is better than what I saw online. It is also surprisingly sturdy but that means heavy. It doesn't have any whistles and bells like a follow me option or a remote. I might not have ordered it if I had known it would take more than 3 months for it to arrive in the U.S.

Need to have someone to talk to on the phone. And have better instructions. Back up instructions are wrong, you have to tap twice not hold down.
