Can not get clear answer on when to expect my package. It's been a month and only thing I've heard is it was in quality control. When I asked about arrival time their responds was see our policy on delivery.. which tells you nothing. For 2 weeks it's been in transit supposedly. Other than that I have no clue about my package. I'll never order from them again... NOT EVER

How on earth do these scam artists have ANY five star reviews? They must be fake. This is a company in China, it is fraudulent and full of crap, and the customer service sucks. They lie with a happy smile on their face to fool people. What a freaking joke. My item, supposedly made in America, has been in transit for three weeks now, and hasn't left...China! Liars!

My 2 ornaments came out great! Exactly how it shows in their advertising. This is my second yr ordering from this company. When my ornaments arrived I did not realize I had to remove the brown protective covering so I emailed customer service. Not only did I receive an immediate response, their professionalism was just a joy to receive. I will be ordering again next year!
