Do not order from this company!!! Ordered something back in May told me I wouldn’t receive by the 21st of June when I needed it by asked for faster shipping that I’d pay for, sent multiple emails with no reply and then they cancelled my order!!! Horrible company and customer service!!

It took about 3 weeks to get my custom leather bag, that was fair. The outside is beautiful. I love the concept. Why carry designer bags when you can have your own custom brand. The style of the inside bag however is not practical. It doesn't have strong pockets to hold your phone, and other paraphernalia. The pockets are flimsey, made of that cheap paper/cloth fabric. It does not zip. I wish I would known before I ordered.

I ordered a large office sign, when it arrived it had with a small gouge to the corner. (Obviously from shipping) I commented on a Facebook post that mine had arrived with a bit of damage but overall was really cute. I wasn't going to make a big fuss. Within 24 hours their customer service had reached out to ME! I sent a photo and they sent me a replacement. Based off just this company's customer service, I would order again. (these items do ship from overseas even though it did appear it would be shipped within the US) but I still received in a very timely manner, especially being a customized product.

I was so exited to get a gift for my mom for Easter and I got her the grandmas little peeps paper weight and she absolutely loved it, so did I … so now I have to get one for both my parents with us all kids.

First I got the order wrong as mistakes happen to all of us, but the team here was very helpful and supportive and sent me the actual item. I love my purchase is so beautiful I placed it inside my car and I keep looking at it how beautiful it is❤️. If you want to give a gift with meaning to your loved ones or yourself this is the site.
