¡Hola! 💙

Hi, We’d first like to clarify that songs created during your paid subscription can still be downloaded after you cancel. You do not need to re-subscribe simply to download those songs. If you’re experiencing an issue with this, please contact us and we’ll be happy to check it for you. Regarding credits, normally, subscription credits reset when the subscription ends. However, on our platform, we choose to provide an additional 30-day grace period, during which we keep your remaining credits instead of resetting them immediately. If you resubscribe within those 30 days, your remaining credits will be retained. We understand that these rules may not have been clear enough, and we appreciate your feedback. Best regards, AI Song Maker Support Team

Hi Sven, We’re sorry for the frustration this caused. To clarify, after a subscription is canceled, remaining credits are retained for 30 days. If the account is resubscribed within that period, the remaining credits are carried over; otherwise, they are reset. We have reviewed your case and have now restored 1,100 credits to your account. We’ve also extended the retention period for another 30 days, giving you additional time to use the credits or resubscribe and carry them over. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope the resolution addresses your concern.
