Excellent Value
I have been using Alarm Relay at two of my properties fro several years. They are a great value. They offer reliable alarm monitoring at a good price, without all the BS that you get from other companies!

They’re great people that care about you and your property. They even call you to remind you that your batteries are low and need to be replaced

Extremely good
Extremely good. Fast on calling when the alarm goes off, when you lose power or have problem with the alarm system. Very polite and friendly. The monthly newsletter is very nice and helpful also.

Fantastic response times
Follow up calls to me after accidental triggers have been within no more than 45 seconds. Just over one year of service with Alarm Relay and I brag about them all the time. So far I’m very happy and I can highly recommend.

At the least
At the least, they are much better in service AND customer service than the big blue guys with three letters. Plus WAY cheaper! I'll NEVER go back!
