Jennifer was really great, very helpful with instructions to make sure I made acceptable impressions. Ele from chat was also helpful when I was having issues connecting to the meeting.

Paid 6 months ago, still haven’t been able to start treatment.
I purchased the nighttime program over 6 months ago but have yet to start treatment. I was told that the impressions I sent were fine but the aligners didn’t fit. Going back and forth with new impressions takes way too long. I wish I never went with this company but they will not give a refund so now I’m stuck.
