The emails I got requesting photos and impressions of my teeth seemed to be AI generated and frequently gave wrong instructions for my purchase (it was giving me instructions for braces not for the aligner I preferred) which required multiple emails to verify the correct instructions. You need better qc on the ai emails

Zero stars if I could. After months of waiting their suggestion was to put gaps in my teeth. I previously had braces as a teenager without gaps. Due to not wearing my retainer my teeth moved and their only solution was to put gaps between my teeth. Look closely at their proposal. Thankfully I was refunded the majority of my money.

After 4 months of waiting and writing a bad review, I was contacted by an Aligner rep., wanting to re- solve my issue. It was a candid coversation mostly repeating my complaints. I was assured that my retainers will arrive in 2-3 weeks and I was credited $100.00 for my inconvience. I am looking forward to receiving my retainers.
