Friendliness goes a long way.
Kevin Wilson was great, he made it a smooth and easy process. He was very kind throughout my entire interaction, gave easy instructions and was very friendly. Id recommend the company to other people just based on this interaction with Kevin. Im in customer service myself and his customer service skills are incredible. 5 stars all around

Customer Service is good!

Forget about customer service
Forget about customer service, this company would not help me. I waited 4/5 months to get my first night retainer. I stopped wearing my night retainers sand couldn’t get it back on. I asked to buy the size down because I threw it out and they said I had to pay for a whole new program. So disappointing.
