Great and quick

I’d have to say that this company is alright. I was going to do business with them but things just didn’t work out and I asked for a full refund. I ordered through Affirm, so my first payment hadn’t gone through yet. There were a few miscommunication issues that were sorted through and resolved. (For some reason their Zendesk account doesn’t always do well with iCloud email addresses so just be careful there) James Myles ended up giving me a call offering me a very generous discount for the inconvenience but unfortunately I had to decline. I may reconsider and go with AlignerCo in the future but right now I just have too much going on and it’s just not going to work out. James was very understanding and issued me a refund that adjusted my balance with affirm within minutes of speaking with him. He was kind, courteous and understanding. Will definitely reach out to AlignerCo again when I’m ready!

Great communication and support. I messed up my first impressions (that you send a picture of to them prior to mailing) and they scheduled a session with a representative to help me make them correctly. The representative, Jay, was very helpful and detailed and the impressions came out really well with his help. For the support and price I would highly recommend them.

It is a waste of money. I spent over a year finishing a night treatment AND a refinement treatment. Surely read between the lines: They only claim to achieve 80% of the treatment plan they give you. Unfortunately, that left the one part of my teeth I wanted to get aligners for. When I contacted customer service before and after my refinement treatment, I was treated with no courtesy whatsoever. I was made to feel bad and to feel as though it was my fault. I was also basically told I needed to pay extra for refinement treatments again and again until my issue is magically fixed. I should have noted when my dentist seemed skeptical about AlignerCo. Now I have to seek alternative options for teeth straightening and unfortunately paying more than what I paid this company in the first place. Don't waste your money people!
