King customer service and quick answers.

I had a really great experience with AlignerCo from start to finish. Their customer service truly stands out—every question I had was answered quickly, clearly, and with genuine care. It made the whole process feel much less overwhelming. The impression process was also surprisingly easy. The instructions were simple to follow, and everything I needed was included in the kit. I was a little nervous going into it, but it ended up being straightforward and stress-free. Overall, I’m really impressed with how smooth everything has been so far and would definitely recommend AlignerCo to anyone considering at-home aligners.

I recently started using aligner accessories, including a retainer case, chewies, and a removal tool, and they have made a huge difference in my overall experience. At first, I didn’t think these items were necessary, but now I realize how helpful they actually are in daily use. The removal tool is especially useful because it makes taking my aligners out so much easier and more hygienic. I no longer have to struggle or worry about using my fingers, which is a big improvement. The chewies have also been great for ensuring my aligners fit properly. They help seat the aligners fully, which gives me confidence that my treatment is progressing the way it should. I also appreciate having a dedicated retainer case. It keeps my aligners safe and clean whenever I’m eating or on the go, so I don’t have to worry about losing them or exposing them to bacteria. Overall, these accessories are simple but incredibly effective. They make wearing aligners more convenient, comfortable, and stress-free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone starting aligner treatment, especially if you want to make the process easier and more manageable from day one.
