Needed to contact Customer Service with assistance downloading my digital form, super quick response rate at 9pm! Alex was immediately very helpful.

test kit for my dog on…
I ordered the test kit for my dog on Black Friday 2022 and then sent in and then never heard anything. So I had to log in to account and use the help chat. This is when Alex come on and sent me the email with the results on. To be honest I should have just been sent this and not waited this long to see if they was running behind. Won't use but happy with Alex help.

Fantastic customer service
I meant to order a pet sensitivity test. Almost immediately I realized I ordered the sensitivity test for a human. I worked with Alex via chat and got the tests exchanged. Superb example of customer service!
