I was checking on my sample status, because I’m a little worried and didn’t want it getting lost in the mail, Sam was amazing and kind, he answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to give me all the information he had about my test sample :)

I have used this service myself, and recommend it to others. I have always had food problems, but didn't fully realize all the other foods (or chemicals) that contribute to worsen my health. I needed to do a live chat today with Sam. He was great. I was mailing in 2 hair samples of friends and needed to change the names on orders bought earlier and not used until now. Everyone should do this at least once and get a handle on what you should avoid. You'll feel a lot better if you do.
