My daughter actually cried when she opened up her gift of this beautiful mug. It was very personalized, simple and beautifully designed. I fell in love with it online, but my expectations were far and above exceeded! It’s a great personalized gift to give to any pet lover. Will definitely order again. Love it!!

The mug is adorable and my husband loved it! It took a while to get delivered to my address but it was definitely worth the wait!

My husband loved his mug. The second smaller mug- I would have loved an option to personalize it but overall very happy with purchase. Thank you.

Facebook coupon advertised a discount and then there was no place on their order form to claim the discount. Item was delivered broken. We'll see if their customer service makes it right. It's annoying that they try to pester you with "But wait, there's more" type messages after you've purchased an item.

This cup is so perfect. The breeds of my animals and their sweet markings came out perfectly. Timely delivery given how highly personalized and customized it is. Holds a lot of tea and has a substantial handle. There is nothing I would change

Lulufam was super swamped during the holidays and my order came back a little different than I wanted, but they resolved the problem immediately and sent me the PERFECT mug in record time, way before I even needed it delivered. Thank you so much, incredible service and the cutest mug!
