This is not my first time purchasing from them. As always, their service was fast and their response time was excellent. I’m an international buyer (not based in the US), and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable seller.

Good interaction. I got my BitAxe back up and running. However, it didn't need a new power supply and if one detail of the only firmware flash had be pointed out it would have made it easy to clear the power fault error. So you know, when this happens you must do a flash that does NOT save settings. The Bitaxe will need to be wiped and restarted as new.

Thanks for sharing your experience! We’re glad your BitAxe is back up and running. Your tip about flashing firmware without saving settings might be super helpful for someone else and will make troubleshooting easier for them. Thank You For The Support & Happy mining! Altair Technology
