After consulting with Timothy, we ordered the Rave 2. He was professional, friendly, and was able to answer all my questions effectively.

Started out good. I had a 1:45 appointment with Matt. At 2:15 I called and he said he was going to call me, he had car trouble. Bad customer service. If customer service is lacking, wonder about your service :(

I completely enjoyed working with Mr. John, he was completely upfront, no hidden mistakes to be corrected later, pre-price as stated is what I was billed. Most enjoyable person to work with from start to present status. He also requested we follow up upon delivery. Again, a distinguish move. JPg
