Excellent experience with Anker. Their products are high quality, reliable, and well designed. I’ve been very satisfied with my purchases and with the overall service provided by the company. Anker continues to be a brand I trust and would gladly buy from again. Highly recommended!

Product seems great so far. Though I have not been able to use it that much. Delivery was fast, and the product itself seems of high-quality.

When I purchased my battery backup system I requested that it be installed with a permit from my county building department. The system was installed but I never received a permit. After much presentence by myself, and an additional payment of $1,500.00 to the electrical contractor, a permit was issued. The building inspector was finally able to come out but would not finalized the installation as he determined that several areas had to be addressed. I tried contacting Anker's electrical contractor but have had no response from them. I have been in touch with Anker many times and they have always been very nice and say they are working on it. They seem incapable of making this happen. I started this process in April, 2026 and it is now October 2026. My system is still considered illegal and not signed off. I am not very happy about it and wish I had not bought this system.

Hi, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the installation issues and the fact that a timely and effective resolution has still not been provided. We completely understand how frustrating and disappointing this must be — especially after such a long period of time, the additional cost you had to bear, and the fact that the system is still not signed off by the building department. This is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. At the moment, we haven’t been able to locate your order details based on the information currently available to us. We have already tried to request your information through the platform so that we can provide proper after-sales support. In the meantime, we kindly ask you to contact our official support team at [email protected] and share your order details. This will help us better review your case and assist you as quickly as possible. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We truly value your feedback and sincerely hope to have the opportunity to support you further and help move this matter toward a resolution. Best regards, Anker SOLIX Customer Support
