Flurry of shipping update e-mails was at first confusing (as to exactly what shipping stage they were at), but it all worked out with prompt shipment and fast delivery time. Customer Support was very patient and helpful in sorting out some confusion.

The Quality of the goods received plus Anker Solix new product lines and improvements give me confidence in the engineering and quality overall. The cables worked well and I am glad I went OEM

Extremely slow delivery. I waited more than 3 weeks for my order. Tracking was not updated, and support never gave me a clear timeline. Very disappointed with this service.

Terrible experience. The power station's real capacity is far lower than advertised. It ran out of power way faster than claimed, and customer support just kept sending generic replies without solving my problem.

We understand your concern regarding the power station running out of power faster than expected. In actual use, the battery runtime can vary depending on the power consumption of the connected devices, but we also understand how disappointing it is when the real-world performance does not match your expectations. We take your feedback very seriously, especially your comments regarding the product experience and the support you received. Love the s2000. It has 2 1/2 the WH capacity of a similar size unit that I have. Like the front and rear a/c outlets. Rear for leave alone plug ins and front for easy access plug ins. Also like the easy to use display screen. Quality product.

Couldn't be happier with my purchase. Going from everyday home UPS mode to hot coffee while camping is just pure magic.

Looking forward to using our new Anker Solix C2000 Gen 2. Already of thinking about getting the extra battery increase capacity ! Wish I could add more than only one. Maybe Anker will figure out how we can do that in the future.

Fast shipping, hardware well designed, easy set up, and so far no troubleshooting required. Great product looking to expand my system soon.
