The products were shipped quickly. Installation was coordinated on the same day as the purchase. It took almost a month before the power dock and batteries were installed, but it was installed well and now is working great. I love how the Anker app gives so much information.

I ordered the Anker SOLIX C1000 Gen 2 Portable Power Station for my father, who lives in an assisted living facility..... and they have their share of power problems. My father relies on a lift chair so when power is down, this power station has been more than adequate in providing power to his chair, an overhead light, his TV, internet gateway/router, and when needed to his microwave and refrigerator. So far, real happy with our purchase. Also had a very good experience is ordering the unit online. It was delivered as promised and well packaged. Good instructions, easy setup.
