The delivery was on time and accurate. The Solix c200 DC is a great value for the features and use cases. The 60w solar panel that came with it charges it pretty efficiently too. With this little device, I moved many of my accessories off the grid.

We have the anker solix F3000 along with the 400W portable solar panel, and they work well as intended. We are surrounded by a bunch of trees in Utah so the max input from the solar panel is only about 180W, but that is to be expected. Really happy with this product.

Did not stand behind product for my customer. Would not charge after 2 years of being used as a UPS. Would not warranty it even with a “5” year warranty

Hi Mckee, Thank you for your feedback. We value your opinion and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to you and your customers. Please rest assured: as long as the equipment meets our warranty terms and requirements, we will definitely take responsibility for the product warranty and will not shirk our responsibilities. At the same time, we would like to verify a key piece of information with you: according to the order number you provided, our system shows that the product corresponding to this order was placed in March of this year, which is inconsistent with the situation you mentioned regarding the equipment "failing to charge after two years of use as a UPS". To avoid misjudgment and expedite the process, we will reach to you with a support ticket for you and proactively follow up on the issue you encountered with the equipment you previously purchased. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your cooperation. Best regards, Anker SOLIX Customer Support
