It was easy to order from online and I got my extra battery in a 3 to 7 business days like they say and it’s been performing very well definitely five stars thank you all for all your great work!

My son and I have bought Anker Solix systems for both our homes. Each system work off 3800 base units with expansion batteries. We also have the smart panel to program the system. The systems with installation and electrical work was well over $20,000. Since new, we have had nothing but problems and worst of all, getting ZERO results on solving the issues. Since tech support can’t seam to figure out why our systems arent working we requested our units be treated as defective and be replaced or repaired under warranty, which they still are covered. After just shy of two months waiting for an answer for our warranty claim, I still have not gotten any resolution. Not sure why Anker thinks they can get away not addressing two systems we paid a great deal of money for and it’s ok the systems don’t work!!!! I am so frustrated, I at time feel it’s making me ill. Do not buy from Anker!!!! You will not be happy.
