I have 2 of the Anran outdoor cameras, the image quality is excellent and the app easy to use. When one of my cameras failed, a no quibble replacement was arranged which I look forward to receiving. Thank you Anran team, especially Alex. Shaz.

Bought an 8 channel NVR, 4 x Solar scanning cameras and 4 x solar fixed cameras. From eBay. Super easy to install and very very good quality. Great view and camera control through internet. Anran offers Fantastic Customer Service and support. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Just checked the 3m cable length as advertised, since the cable modification the new cable is only 2.5m. The website video is incorrect as still showing a cable pushfit connection. Now not sure which is the correct cable configuration, maybe supplied old stock.

I bought a residential Q1Anran Camera from Amazon and after almost a year the battery was no longer charging. I called Anran Customer Service and after a few trouble shooting options, the Anran Rep (John) escalated the issue with the IT department which called me back and did a few more trouble shooting exercises and found out the battery had gone bad. With no hesitation they sent me a brand new Q1 Camera within 3 business days. Customer service is excellent and Tech Support was superior. Very happy with my choice to by an Anran Security Camera.

De camera werkt uitstekend en doet wat er wordt beloofd door de fabrikant. Enig minpuntje is de onduidelijke gebruiksaanwijzing. De Nederlandse vertaling is belabberd en kan er oorzaak van zijn dat niet iedereen deze camera probleemloos kan installeren.

I purchased an 8 cam wireless system from the day it was installed there were issues with it I reported these issue to "customer service" I was told tech support will get back to me in 48 hours here we are 7 months later I am still trying to get someone to acknowledge there is an issue even if they have logged in and had a look asked me to take photos of the issue on the screen and send it here were are still waiting asked more questions told 48 hours it will be addressed "customer service " No ! delay contact point today I waited 1 hour and 9 mins for them to reply to a message even if it had shown it was read by them just ignoring it for that time frame system quality based on my experience and in my opinion I should have saved $1100 and up the insurance

Camera takes few minutes to connect, camera app Works camera but picture has long delays, camera disconnect s. Constantly, camera has four bars on Signal strength meter, camera has been very aggravating to use had it over a year. Never buy Another wi fi camera. IAM going back to wired System.

After checking on ground, bought proper CCTV pole and had professionally erected on roof. Worked for 2 days. Had to then pay to be brought down. More cost. Anran asked many questions all answered. Anran said had to forward to sales and never heard anything. Seems they may have been running down the clock on ebay and PayPal returns. After total discharge and recharge, can't turn on or reset. Junk!
