This camera takes good snap shots, and the clarity and colours are outstanding, however I live in the caribbean where there's blazin' hot sun year round and my panel is aimed right at it but failed to keep the battery topped up. I have to manually charge this thing every day. Luckily I don't need to use a ladder.

What a load of rubbish. The picture from the cameras during the day were particularly good, with good colour and clarity. Nigh time pictures were reasonable at best. The recording failed to operate after a few months and the response from the company was non existent. I only asked for a technician to reset the record (at my expense) and I did not receive a reply from the company. I recommend you purchase a known brand.

Solar panel doesn’t work and I’m having trouble viewing my video history. I hope they aren’t going to charge like aiwit which are junk. I’ve had it with these crap cameras. I’ll invest in a decent home cctv with hard drive. You get what you pay for with this junk.

Anran customer support keeps asking for the same info time after time and will not supply exchange or replacement procedure for faulty camera having been asked 8 time either via the app or emails! Many weeks without answers, don't really deserve any stars!

I bought an Anran cctv model Q3 and it would not connect to the ICloud stating that it did not recognize the ID. When I told the customer service representative that I did not know that I would have to pay for cloud service in order to see what the camera was seeing, I never heard from them again.

Absolute garbage cameras paid over 400 dollars for an 8 camera system cameras didn’t last a year had to replace 4 of the 8 cost another 30 some dollars for shipping ones a month out and totally quit working customer service is worthless give you the run around won’t respond now or do anything for the camera that’s a month old don’t stand behind there worthless junk cameras if you feel like wasting money and want cameras that work a quarter of the time then definitely buy anran but if you want good cameras don’t waste a penny on ANRAN will never buy them again junk
