This company did not send my glasses in a timely matter even though I paid for the 5-7 day express of $30. I disputed it and they provided false order information from an order that was not mine. The order they provided was for someone else in another country and order date was well before my purchase date. They refuse to provide a refund. Horrible company, you can't call them and email is impossible. Buyer beware!!!

We sincerely apologize for your unsatisfactory shopping experience. The delivery timeline consists of production time plus shipping time. Generally, customized orders require 5-12 business days for production before shipment. Shipping duration depends on the method you selected. We deeply regret any inconvenience caused by the delayed shipping time and are willing to refund any price difference accordingly. Regarding your emails, our records show that we have responded to each one you sent. Please check your inbox or spam folder. We offer a 30-day return policy. According to our policy, for issues such as filling out an incorrect prescription, selecting an unsuitable size, or personal dislike of the glasses, you may return the products, but you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Please note that if you request a refund, the original shipping fee and any custom lens charges (if applicable) are non-refundable. We truly value our customers' shopping experience, so please continue communicating with our support team so we can find a better solution for you. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Absolutely masses of styles to choose from and the ‘try on’ feature is great! This is my second order and the quality and price cannot be beaten. They do take a while to arrive but come well packaged and definitely worth the wait
