I am moving in about 6 months. But your selections have greatly narrowed my search to one neighborhood and about 5 buildings. Since I am doing this long distance during a pandemic, the help has been awesome. So much better than any other sites

4 stars for now.

I don't know if this is a part of "you " or the people who list the apartments but I'd rather see on line first what I'd pay for the place before I go "tour" the apartment. I know to some degree what I want and what I can pay for so don't want to get myself into a place I'll have to leave the next year when the rent is raised....

I thought this would be more like Zillow and I would receive updates of new properties. I forgot I even had this resource

the apartment does not look anything like it is posted in person

Hi Ben, I'm sorry to hear that! While we don't have control over the pictures that properties post, we never want our renters to feel deceived. If you would like to send this property to [email protected], we can engage with our Client Services team to get to the bottom of it. Warmly, Olivia

Apartment list is a wonderful resource. It's helpful for both comparison 'shopping' and selecting the best choice based on location, amenities and affordability. What I especially like is the instant contact that one can make with the leasing offices and the pictures provided.
