Apartment List gives me the latest updates on availability of spaces that suit my needs. My mailbox isn't full of messages that don't apply to my circumstances. Thank you for the help in my search for an appropriate home.

The pricing is not accurate

Hi Melissa, I'm so sorry to hear that you encountered discrepancies in pricing! We partner directly with the majority of the properties we have listed on our platform to keep the information as updated as possible. That said, we do partner with data providers for smaller units across the country and while we perform basic data validation for these properties, we rely on those partners to verify the accuracy of their listings. If you have encountered any that you would like to flag for us, please email [email protected] and we are happy to investigate. Warmly, Olivia

You give me great selections for when I am ready to move.

I was looking for apartments for about a month and was really getting no where. One day I happen to find Apartment List. I started going through the apartments that were suggested. The apartment complex started calling me. About a week later I found an apartment.

Very helpful site with accurate updates and recommendations. I would not mind if the messages about price drop and increases could be left out.

It's a great tool for apartment hunting. Only complaint is too many listings of university shared housing or apartment units.

This is where I found the apartment we live in now although we were in a hurry. I believe there are many more apartments in the area. A larger selection would have been helpful.
