I spent more than 20k in a POS system and they only give me a front end that can be edited. unfortunately, I can sue them because they are not in North america. Please be careful out there with Apex. this is not a real company.

I worked with Mo at Apex Web Studios to redesign my clinic's website (beauty, wellness, and medical services), and I'm very happy with the result. The design is aesthetically pleasing with a well thought-out layout that fits the industry well. However; there are some issues with images sizes being too large leading to longer loading times which is something I had to point out to be fixed. Communication was a highlight — they're very responsive and use WhatsApp, which made quick back-and-forth easy. When my original site got hacked mid-project, they stepped in and kept it running at no extra charge while the new site was being built. That kind of support during a stressful situation says a lot about the team. Pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work delivered since I had to migrate over 100 pages to my new website. I also used their SEO service, which was solid, though worth noting they're based internationally in Pakistan and not local to my market — so some region-specific nuances (and support for other languages, like Chinese, for SEO) weren't part of what they could offer. One thing to know going in: they may need fairly detailed input from you on your business/industry specifics to get things right, since as a larger agency their processes are more standardized. That said, they were responsive throughout and easy to work with. Overall, a strong choice if you want quality design at a fair price and don't mind directing some of the details yourself.
