In a very short review, I could not be happier!!! We ran our business the old way with paper and excel spreadsheets. Changing to AppFolio was the best decision ever for our business. Customer service is fantastic. Implementation was very thorough and Awesome. As a bonus, AppFolio keeps updating improving the software with additional useful features and functions. Software is very intuitive also!! Simply Awesome is my review and I would recommend to anyone.

Love the Appfolio Property Management program. It saves time and money. Wish we would have done this years ago.

In my opinion Appfolio is the best property management tool on the market. It is simple to use and to train new hires on. Appfolio is innovative and always open to feedback and suggestions to improve their product. Our management company, GSF Properties, has had great success transitioning from the Safeguard system straight to Appfolio and it has been the best decision we could have made.

We have been in the property management business for over twenty-five years and have used eight or more different software packages along the way, including all the most well known. AppFolio is, by far and away, the best product on the market. The software is very intuitive to use and all of my employees - no matter what their job function - love AppFolio. Before we started using AppFolio all I heard was complaints when we used all the others. AppFolio's help staff is the best. They are knowledgeable, friendly, very timely, and most helpful. All of our questions always get answered quickly and correctly - the first time around! AppFolio has never disappointed me in any area. They are the best.

After reviewing several software packages, test-piloting several others, we have found that no software compares to AppFolio. From the beginning conversations with sales, through implementation and roll-out, to over one year later, I have come to not only rely on AppFolio, its technical support and exceptional customer service, but have told every colleague searching for property management software to stop looking and use AppFolio.

Appfolio is very hands-on friendly. I especially like their Help feature with videos. The only thing I wish was different is that I have to put in the daily late fee manually. Everything else is excellent.
