Overall, the software is good, and very user friendly. the issue is support internally - there's very little, if any at all. WHile i get they build it to be self sufficient , there still needs to be some level of support. The software is good, and has everything one could need but....

LOVED the venue, and all of the parties. A few things - It was hard to find some of the classes and the map on the FUTURE app wasn't helpful. I would reccomend something a little more interactive to find what class is where. In the past, we always got notebooks in our goodie bags. I didn't bring my own as I thought they would be provided. Would've been helpful to have one!

The program was set up well and it was easy to find where the individual sessions were. We also like the one on one session and all the food & entertainment provided. All the staff we encountered were helpful.

The conference was incredible, and I really enjoyed the venue. However, one thing I’d suggest changing is to wrap up the event at least an hour before the hotel's checkout time. Several attendees I spoke with found it challenging to attend the closing keynote and check out of the hotel on time.

The conference was held in a great city. Having Boyz II Men play was an exceptional bonus; however, I feel $300 for a guest to attend was quite a lot to ask for what you got. For several of the rooms, there wasn't enough seating for everyone, which I guess is a good problem to have. Others and I were freezing in most of the training sessions to a point where it was hard to concentrate. I understand the reason behind it being cool, but it was way too cold! The information was good but would absolutely love to hear some training on commercial buildings and not everything geared towards residential only.

The venue was top notch. It offered tons of space, entertainment and walkability to things. The conference itself was very well planned and spread out. The sessions, vendors and expo were great. Looks of people to help answer questions. Only constructive feedback were several of sessions were standing room only and others had a ton of open seats, not sure how to better gauge that for next year. Food, beverages, breaks and entertainment were all great. Lots of time to brainstorm and talk with other Appfolio users. Looking forward to next year.
