App-folio is such a great program for property management. Everything I need is all in front of me. The only suggestion I have is to make a section for lease renewals, we currently have to do them on paper and it would be great to have everything in App-folio. Thank you.

Before appfolio we needed more staff to accomplish the same tasks. Now we can write one leasing ad click post and have it on all the best leasing websites from Padlister to Zillow. Appfolio has streamlined our maintenance procedures and has given us an easy to use database for maintenance records. Our old website needed manual updating, now by having a website linked to our database apartment pricing and pictures are always up to date and fresh. Thank you Appfolio, great job and I give you an overall rating of Excellent!

We've been with Appfolio for 4+ years. They've always been responsive to our support issues, when needed. Love their product & love their service!

I have very few critiques! The software is streamlined and easy to use, and customer support is extremely responsive and thorough. Some of the features are a bit "one-size fits all" which has made it tough for our company to utilize all of the services offered (such as online leases). Otherwise, two thumbs up!
