I always get fantastic scents from them. Their prices are amazing and the fragrances are real. No fakes here. They always do a great job with packing the products for shipping. I will continue to shop with them because of their quality products and fast shipping.

My order was canceled 3 days later with no explanation. This is my first time using this site & I’m very disappointed.

Unfair treatment

Hello Diego, The product you requested was already discounted by approximately 50% off retail. We do not apply additional discounts to heavily discounted items. This policy is clearly stated and applied equally to all customers. Repeated requests for further reductions after a final price has been provided do not constitute unfair treatment. Pricing decisions are made transparently and consistently to ensure fairness across all orders. If our pricing does not meet your expectations, you are not obligated to proceed with a purchase. Terrible experience there support team sucks and aren’t helpful delayed package and even received the wrong package and all there doing is issuing a refund with the return label and I have to waste my gas to return it for their mistake absolutely stupid

Hi Joel, We’re sorry for the frustration. After your inquiry, we offered a full refund with a prepaid return label, which is our standard resolution when there’s a concern with an order. As the item has not been returned, we’re unable to verify an incorrect shipment or issue a refund while the product is kept. Our offer for a full refund upon return remains open. Please contact us at [email protected] if you’d like to proceed so we can resolve this properly. — Aromatrail Support Team
