The whole process was very simple. We went and tried the chairs and Todd was good and pointing out advantages and disadvantages to the “add-ons” and also for the type of chairs. They came out and measured and we were able to get the chair installed 3 days after moving into condo. My mother-in-law loves it.

Charlie was very pleasant and low key. Explained the options and gave us a quote and we thought about it overnight and called him the next morning to order the lift. The next morning Logan arrived and installed the lift within 3 hours. He was very personable and very efficient. I was very, very pleased. They were both great representatives of your company.

Both technicians were pleasant and understanding of the home environment. The showed patience when explaining the operation considering the age of the users. I appreciate that the senior level tech was using the installation to mentor the younger tech - so I was understanding that the installation took a bit longer. Our only concern/complaint was that the techs did not protect the wood floor in the entry vestibule when bringing in tools and equipment, and the floor had a large and deep scratch in it which wasn't noticed until after they left the home. This was disappointing.

Hi Jeff, Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We're glad to hear that our technicians were patient and thorough in explaining the stairlift operation, especially considering its importance for the users. It’s wonderful to know you appreciated the mentorship aspect of the installation process, as we strive to develop our team while delivering quality service. We’re truly sorry to hear about the scratch on your wood floor. This isn’t typical of our installations, and we understand how disappointing that must have been. We're investigating next steps on our side. Please feel free to give us a call if you have any further questions or concerns. Thank you again for your candid feedback—it helps us improve and serve you better. Best regards, Arrow Lift Team
