The service tech, Josh Melton was great! He was both knowledgeable and courteous. Hope I get Josh every time. However, I can’t say anything good about your schedulers and dispatchers!!! Called and scheduled twice and know one showed up or called either time. Then on the third time my appointment was scheduled then reschuled a week later. I was close to going with another company. Only reason I didn’t was because you installed. I will not go through that again.
