The panels were all misshapen when I received them, I contacted the company to show them photos of the product not fitting the wall, and they have not responded yet it has been a week.

It didn’t stick as expected. Put it in my kitchen cabinets after a very good cleaning and after 3 days the edges were loose and bubbles appeared. Also I order 2 rolls, same color, same time and the color is slightly different. If you displayed it together it’s very noticeable

I really like the look and idea of the foam tiles. I ordered 5 boxes (50 tile). About 50% of them did not stick. And 50% of them have different color "grout" lines. I thought maybe it was different because a got a bad package or something. But it was a mixture in each package. 2 of the tiles I couldn't even use because when I was peeling the plastic off it peeled the tile.

Very miss leading! I did not know that what I bought was nothing more than a sticker. I thought I was actually getting tile. But hey you got me, you got my 80.00 plus dollars, but I would never buy or recommend you all to anyone......

My credit card was charged on March 26. I emailed them on April 6th they were very nice and explained the warehouse was very busy. They told me I would receive my items on April 8th. I received 1 out of 6 items. The item I received was shipped from Amazon. Which was where I wanted to purchase them in the 1st place but they only had 1 in stock. For much less now I see they have 6 in stock. I supposed to receive my shipment around the 13th. I’m thinking of disputing my credit card charge and ordering from Amazon at a lower price with a guaranteed ship date

I received my orders promptly. Unfortunately, USPS or Art3d never notified me when the orders are expected to be delivered. It's the first time that any delivery services, USPS, FedEx, and UPS didn't notified me of expected delivery or actual delivery. Consequently, my package got all wet overnight sitting outside for a day. I should not have to go to my account to check delivery status every day until I received my package - never had to before unless it was late. USPS should have given me a clue. I had ordered nine times from Art3d, never had this problem before! Very disappointed/angry customer!

My order took to Long to get to me then it was wrong colors. Wanted it for Xmas have to return
