Art3dReviews of art3d.com

Fast shipping! I would've like to see to sample with the underlayment attached to see just how thick it actually will be. I would also have liked to see the color names listed on each sample instead of the numbers.

I am very grateful that Art3D are willing to give me a refund on the product I purchased. I was disappointed in the the product. It was not what I thought it would be. The depth of the pattern is too deep for a ceiling.

Product quality is great and delivered securely. Ordering was a bit wonky, after confirming my address twice, they returned to inform my preferred color was out of stock. In fact, only 2 colors were available. I modified the order, which was then shipped promptly.

I did not ralize these were not real wood. There was no mention of the slats are an image wrapped around a MMDF core. Shipping was quick.

The only thing I feel would improve your product is to have the interlocking tabs more flexible (more elastic than plastic) Several tabs were broken during shipment, and a few were broken by stacking half hazardly while assembling.

I was able to change my order without issue and got a refund for the price difference. The shipment did get delayed though so I had to reschedule my contractor, but now the back splash is up and looks beautiful

The price point was great and the shipping was fast...perfect for our renovation. I wish there were more color variations of the stone panels with that natural texture, like a charcoal gray and a creamy white.

I received my order in 5 days and I was impressed with how well the tiles looked. The only reason I gave 4 stars was the color was off. I purchased these tiles because the color on the screen matched perfectly with a hard to match floor tile I have, but the color was slightly off. Other than that it looks like a nice stick on tile.
