Hi Ulrik,
We’re disappointed to see this review, particularly as your order was placed in March 2023 and the painting was delivered to you in April 2023, more than THREE years ago.
This is the first time we have been made aware of any alleged issue with this order. You never contacted us after delivery regarding cracking, flaking, framing, or any other concern with the painting.
We have been selling these hand-painted artworks since 2019 and have shipped thousands of them successfully to customers all over the world, who have had them professionally stretched and framed. Cracking or flaking can occur only if a canvas is improperly handled, improperly stored, improperly rolled, improperly unrolled, improperly stretched, or placed under excessive tension. Unfortunately, more than three years after delivery, and after the artwork has been handled by a third-party framer, we have no way of determining when or how the damage occurred.
We are also unclear how our “service quality” could be characterized as “very bad,” as you never contacted us at any point regarding this order or gave our customer service team an opportunity to assist you. Had you reached out when you first experienced the issue, we would have been able to review photographs, investigate what happened, and try to help.
We also want to address your suggestion that some of our positive reviews must be fake. We do not fabricate customer reviews, and we do not believe it is fair to suggest that genuine positive reviews are fake simply because your experience was different.
