AsanaReviews of asana.com

Love Asana! I use it at my company and couldn't imagine my life without it. Seems like a lot of the reviews are for self service or like super small groups using the service. We use it at the company level and have amazing support and service. Ai is AMAZING!

This company is a scam. They will take “subscription fees” when you have not agreed to them. AVOID.

I purchased an annual subscription 1 year ago. I wasn't able to use the platform in the way I wanted or integrate the programs I needed. I realized my subscription renewed April 14th 2025 for another year. I reached out to them April 20th and they said I cannot get a refund. But there was no reminder and I am almost certain I removed my cc but they must of had it on record and renewed anyway. Terrible I do not recommend

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Asana does not give you a live person to hop on your computer and fix a glitch that was Asana-generated. Spent over 1 month trying to fix the issue. You have to use their Chatbot. I will never use Asana again, and I will shout it to the roof that their customer service and technical support are terrible!!

I’m writing to express my frustration and disappointment with Asana’s account management and customer support process. It is absolutely shocking that in 2025, Asana still does not provide users with a straightforward way to delete their own accounts online. This lack of basic functionality not only goes against user autonomy but raises serious concerns about data privacy and transparency. To make matters worse, when attempting to contact customer support, users are met with an AI-powered chatbot that is incapable of providing real assistance or escalation. It is infuriating to be caught in an endless loop of automated responses when trying to carry out such a fundamental request. I expected more from a platform of Asana’s reputation. The experience has left me feeling ignored, powerless, and deeply disappointed. I urge you to review your policies and systems immediately to allow users direct control over their data and access to real human support when needed.

Signed up for a free account, used it for a couple of weeks, apparently our 'free trial' ran out, my partner paid for a subscription, now there is no way to downgrade back to the actual free account that was advertised on their pricing page. I try to contact support and I just get a 'authentication failed' message. Their support is also apparently only "AI" from what I can see on other documentation. This is a BAD company that bait and switches. Stay away.

I'm only giving one star because I can't leave 0 stars. These are absolute thieves. They will remove money from your account automatically 1 year later. They hound you with renewal offers which I didn't subscribe to, assuming that would end my dealings with them. Turns out unless you not only don't renew but write to them with notice to cancel or they will rob you. Horrible horrible app. Avoid at all costs
