Empathy. One word to describe everything. This is the place where you will feel valued. Also, always remember to be human first, before judging anything of others. There are also people working behind the blazingly fast paced Ethos team, they are also the same like us. So far I only have good experiences with Ethos. Start from paid training, punctual payment, fair feedback with clear guidelines, and good working opportunities. Oh, you did wrong ? Nevermind, all people make mistake. Bless all of you. *P.S : While writing this, I read some of the bad review that sounds really mean. The teams are there EVERYDAY, available in zoom meetings for approx. 10.000 experts. You guys just never work on serving people, try on meeting with trash people everyday and you'll understand how hard it is to deal with impatient people. Don't expect a smile when you throw sh*t at other people's face.
