Your in place proceedures to react to a non-payment due to CC expiration is a little fast. However, when I have called, the situation was quickly addressed to my satisfaction.

The person I spoke with would not tell…
The person I spoke with would not tell me how much I’m paying for my two policies, he only gave me the amount for one of the policies, so I had to estimate how much the 2nd policy is costing me.
