Charles did a great job!

Most helpful. Great help in the installation. Thank you very much!

I had a very good experience working with Atom Software. I had purchased a new MacBook Air and was unfamiliar with using it since I had previously used Windows. Steve helped me load my Office software so I could use it on my Mac. He was extremely helpful.

Horrible custom service. I would not recommend this company as there are much better onsite that care about customers. I will be speaking to others as well.

This was one of the best tech support experiences I've ever had. The representative answered a slew of questions promptly and clearly, and took over the entire process of downloading the software. I'm a happy customer.

Technician did a great job and was extremely polite.

Absolutely stellar customer service!! Prompt, polite, and patient. Doesn't get any better than this. Do not hesitate to purchase and if you have any problems, they WILL help you! Five stars for sure! Thanks again!

Charles made this process very easy and was extremely helpful! I highly recommend this company.
