Setting up the website is really easy and quick. Took a while to sort out the ability to sell from the website as I am not based in the US, but with the helpful support of the web team I am now able to do so.

When they say affordable, it is. But take minimal to heart because there are NO bells and whistles. And make sure you try it for free first to make sure the program is right for you. Because I have asked for a refund after 3 days of working on it, and asking questions, all of which were answered with a no. If you're a first time author, or someone that wants no frills just a book site, it's perfect. There are no drop downs, no control over much of anything. And I've tried talking to them and I asked for a phone number and they do not have one. Now they have just stopped replying to me. As long as you have no issues, they have great Customer Service. But I really would like to speak to a manager. ***UPDATE** I have spoken with a manager and resolved some issues.
