Meet, I’m sorry. I’ve been through your account myself and you’re right about the things that matter. Your first month with our ad engine didn’t improve your results. When you asked our agent about a free trial, it quoted an out-of-date help article that said there was one, and nobody from our team followed up. That’s on us. To be clear for anyone reading: our free PPC audit is free and never charges you. The ad engine is a paid monthly plan that starts only when you complete the subscription checkout, and it has no free trial. Some older pages still said otherwise, and we’re correcting them. Hi M Kara, I’m really sorry to hear about your experience - that’s not the standard we aim to deliver, and I appreciate you taking the time to explain what happened. To be clear, in situations like this we do offer a no-questions-asked refund, especially where the platform wasn’t usable during the trial. I’m sorry this wasn’t handled correctly when you first reached out. We’ll go ahead and process a full refund immediately. You won’t need to take any further action on your side.
