This company could not care less about their fulfillment customers. They print a UPS label, then the product sits in their warehouse indefinitely. No regard for committed delivery dates. WHY in the world do companies like Amazon use their garbage services?

To Chief Operating Scammer : Hesam Lamei (Stay Away Purchasing From Them)
WARNING TO EVERYONE: STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER! They are completely incompetent, deceitful, and run a total scam operation. and do not forget to reach out to chief+thief scammer, Mr. Hesam Lamei ( www dot linkedin dot com/in/hesamlamei/), who takes "pride" running this fraudulent business and does not even care to apologize what you have to go through. I can already see lots of reviewers complaining about the same issues that I am raising.
I was already hesitant to order from them because of all the terrible reviews online, but I foolishly gave them the benefit of the doubt. That was a huge mistake.
Before ordering, I explicitly messaged their support team to confirm that the monitor advertised would be the EXACT product shipped with ZERO alterations, and I even sent direct screenshots from the manufacturer's website. They lied and promised it was exact.
Then came the shipping nightmare. The order was taking WAY longer than the delivery timeframe stated on Amazon. When it became ridiculously late, I explicitly contacted them and told them to STOP shipping the item to me and cancel the order. What did these idiots do? They completely ignored me, shipped it anyway, and to top off their gross incompetence, THEY SENT THE WRONG PRODUCT! They pulled a classic bait-and-switch and shipped a model missing the key built-in features I explicitly paid for and needed for work.
Their customer service is an absolute joke. To make matters worse, if you try to post a truthful, honest review revealing their shady tactics, they flood their profile with fake reviews to cover up their dirty faces.
Unboxing, discovering their error, repacking a massive heavy monitor, and dealing with returns has wasted hours of my time and completely derailed my work. Save yourself the headache, money, and rage. DO NOT GIVE THESE FRAUDS A SINGLE PENNY!

Very unethical company
Headline: Ordered RDIMM server memory — shipped the wrong LRDIMM, then refused to fix it for six months
I ordered DDR4 ECC RDIMM modules directly from this seller's own website for a Dell PowerEdge R730xd build. What arrived was LRDIMM — a different memory type that cannot be mixed with RDIMM in the same server, and lower spec than what I paid for. The parts were useless for the build I bought them for.
I contacted them to correct it. For roughly six months I received nothing but promises of callbacks and email replies that never came. When I finally pushed hard and asked them to simply ship the RDIMM I had actually purchased, they refused — and admitted they had never intended to send it, because the item I bought had been priced lower than they wanted to honor.
Their only offer was a refund. The problem: equivalent memory now costs roughly three times what I paid, so a refund does not make me whole — it leaves me unable to replace what I ordered at anything near the original price. I also emailed the CEO directly and got no response.
For anyone considering them: they took my order and my money, shipped the wrong product, stalled for half a year, and then declined to honor the price listed on their own site. Order at your own risk, and document everything.

First time ordering from this seller and probably the last.
I purchased a 2-pack of Kingston thumb drives through Amazon but received a ripped package with no thumb drives and a sealed plastic bag with a small pizza cutter in it. I can only speculate why the package wasn't just stolen, if it was a USPS employee, but I don't think it was, because that wouldn't make sense. I did receive a refund but believe it was only because Amazon gave me the credit. I then came to Trust Pilot, which I should have done in the beginning, and found the various problems reported by other reviewers. I can't prove anything about the company's intentions, but, if this is a pattern for the company, I wanted to add my experience to the mix.

I would give zero stars if I could
I would give zero stars if I could. They effectively stole $140 from me. I never received the desktop RAM I ordered. Instead, they shipped a cheap, non‑functional Bluetooth speaker that isn’t worth a fraction of what I paid. When I requested an update, they were unable to provide any information. When I asked for a refund, the representative dismissively replied, “We’ll see about that.”
When I escalated the issue through my credit card company, they attempted to use the tracking number for that worthless speaker as supposed proof of fulfilling the RAM order. I am still disputing the charge nearly two months later, and they have ignored every email I’ve sent.
I wish I had come across reviews like this before ordering. Do not conduct business with this company. Their behavior is deceptive, unprofessional, and entirely unacceptable.

Stole $140 from me
Stole $140 from me. Said they would refund for sending the wrong ram and 3 months later still haven't refunded after many back and forth emails. Crooks

Charged for licenses that don't exist
Charged over $11k for licenses, then was told they quoted the wrong item and would have to cancel. Been over a week and they still haven't refunded my card.

This appears to be a scam company - do not use
This appears to be a scam company. I ordered a specific Lenovo docking station on Sep 18th, 2024 that was supposed to be delivered overnight. That never happened. What did happen is that one month later - yes, 30 days later - I received a box that had a power adapter, USB-C cord, but no docking station. That's more than a small error. What a disappointment to have faith in an Amazon supplier to wait 30 days past when it was supposed to be delivered, only to discover they didn't even send the actual docking station. This company has no business being allowed to sell on Amazon or anywhere else for that matter until they decide to run an actual business that is accountable to customers and massively overhauls their quality assurance processes.
