I was very disappointed with our agent at Avoya. Some questions we asked were never answered. Yes we had a number of questions and difficulty setting on a date for our family group. Finally the agent said call with a credit cacard ready to book or don’t call. To me that was very unprofessional and in caring. I would never do. Usiness with them nor would I recommend them to anyone

I've been using the same agent (Cindy Savage) for all of my cruise bookings so far. I love the follow-ups where they look for better deals between the initial deposit and final payment, and saved us money. On our last cruise, she found a great deal on the last stateroom in the class we planned to book on.

I booked a trip through an Avoya agent for an Avalon tour. Avalon cancelled the tour and refunded all of our money. The Avoya independent travel agent charged us $150 per person calling it a professional cancellation service fee. She wouldn’t cancel our trip with Avalon until we sent the $150 to her personal Venmo account. Her personal cancellation fee wasn’t given to us in any documentation. If she had, I wouldn’t have booked the tour with her. If I would have known I could have booked directly with the travel company bypassing the travel agent. That’s what I will do in the future.

This review is only on the E Las Olas, Ft Lauderdale location. I had an issue and contacted Victoria, who listened to my problem and stated she can't do anything to help me, even though I have paperwork showing this specific office. MSC Future Cruise also had told me to contact this office with any questions. Eventually, without informing me, she forward my call to a California Office, who had nothing to do with this booked Cruise. Speaking with Catherine Whitmore was a pleasure. She handled the situation professionally and with a smile and will always get my business.

I contacted Debra Storrs, a private travel agent working for Avoya Travel at the suggestion of GPT Chat. She put a room on hold for me with Avalon Travel and I decided to go with another agency. I called Debra to remove the hold and was told, "I cannot do that!" And then she hung up on me. Additionally, she continuously talks over you and doesn't allow one to speak. This has to be the most unprofessional behavior I have ever experienced! And when I called Avoya no one was willing to do anything! That is NOT the customer service I want!

We booked a cruise with three other couples. Avoya's agents do not work together and we someone got "assigned" to another agent. When booking dinners on the boat, we were left out of arrangements with the other three couples even though we requested to all sit together. So you are telling me agents in this company do not work together or communicate? I cannot believe they are set up this way, but this is what I was told when I complained about what happened.
