I rarely give out 5 stars, because good service and products that work should be the baseline. Yes, the products are just as described, and yes, the customer service is superb. Ayla always goes over and above - hand written notes in the shipping boxes, biodegradable packing materials, questions answered quickly, and the samples! They are serious about their products and customer service, but most importantly, not too serious about themselves.

As always my Ayla in-store experience was wonderful! I was able to browse and chose my Marie Veronique items. Team members all have this great ability to be open, friendly, but yet truly professional. Elena even went to locate/research a fun pastry place to try in my neighborhood I was unaware. Full service if I get food tips, too! Thanks again for a fun clean beauty shopping experience, Monica Piane

I love Ayla. Everyone is so helpful and the products are gorgeous. My dry, midlife skin drinks it up.
