Dear Keviniva Jero, Thank you for your review. I would like to note that it's just the demo of the plugin, where the capabilities of the Quiz Maker plugin are shown, and every person who bought the product chooses what kind of questions to make and what are the correct answers. The example you sent is one of the thousands of questions created by the Ays-Pro Team, of course, we do not rule out that mistakes are possible, but in this case, we found the following information on Google, which proves the fact that we chose the right answer to the question. See the screenshots below: https://ibb.co/G71ZQF1 https://ibb.co/rH2ncDR https://ibb.co/Jqbb8mF If this information is incorrect, we would like to ask you to send us reliable links that prove otherwise. Thank you.

Hi there, Thank you for your review. We understand your frustration regarding the delay in our response to your email, and we would like to clarify that we are not working on weekends. You opened a support ticket 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬. As a result, we were not available to reply to emails over the weekend. I want to mention, that our Support Specialists already received your request and it is currently in the investigation phase. They will get in touch with you as soon as possible with a complete answer. P.S. Instead of the 1-star rating, it would have been much more acceptable so that you could wait for our answer. Unfortunately, we haven't had a chance to examine your case and respond to you accordingly.

Dear Joey Trebif,  Thank you for your review. It is very important for us to solve your problem and help you enjoy our product. We’re normally known for our 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐥𝐮𝐠𝐢𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 as you can see in all our reviews and support forums. Generally, we provide our customers with detailed answers and support 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧 𝟐𝟒 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬. We understand your concern regarding our response time, and we would like to clarify that we are not working on weekends.  You opened a support ticket 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬. Due to this, we were not available to respond to inquiries. For now, we are doing an 𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐫𝐚 𝐣𝐨𝐛 by answering your request outside of our regular working hours as a great exception as customer satisfaction is our highest priority. I want to mention, that our Support Specialists have already contacted you regarding the problem you are experiencing. So, you can check your Inbox to find the answers to your request.  P.S. Instead of the 1-star rating, it would have been much more acceptable so that you could wait for our answer. Unfortunately, we haven't had a chance to examine your case and provide a solution accordingly.

Dear Customer, Thanks for the review. I want to mention, that customer satisfaction has always been and remains the highest priority for us. This is an uncommon case for us and we would like to make things right. Our team is dedicated to providing excellent customer service to our clients. I want to mention, that the information about the Support and Updates for 12 months in the case of the Business package is clearly mentioned in the pricing table on our official website. You have only seen the word one-time payment and ignored all the available information on our official website. We have a one-time payment mechanism. So, it means that even if your license expires, the system will not charge you automatically. In that case, you need to renew your license by purchasing the package again. In your particular case, you have updated your PHP and WordPress to the latest versions and simultaneously have been using a very old version of our plugin. It is pretty logical, that the old version of the plugin may be incompatible with the latest versions of WordPress and PHP. The latest version of our plugin is compatible with both the PHP and WordPress latest versions. Please note, that we can't provide support and updates after the license expiration free of charge as we are a company that gives salaries to staff members and works hard to improve the quality of our products. This is a process that needs recourses. Thank you.

Dear Customer, Thanks for the review. It is an uncommon instance and we believe it does not have any connection with us. I want to mention, that we answered your request immediately via Live Chat. Then, our Live Chat Agent guided you to contact us via email as YOU asked for the refund. See screenshot: https://ibb.co/cLJ93w4 After that, we asked for the purchase email so that we can do a refund for you(which you have not provided yet), as customer satisfaction is the highest priority for us. Also, we provided you with the information of what feature our plugin has and what result you can achieve. Actually, we are not to blame that the plugin doesn't have the option you are looking for as it is not written anywhere(plugin's description, documentation, etc) that the plugin offers it. Though, we would love to make things right. We would like to have the opportunity to discuss and investigate your case further. Please contact us via this form (https://ays-pro.com/contact) for support. Our customer care specialists will always be happy to help you. P.S As you have updated the review and added some new points to it, we would like to make things right. Regarding to the screenshot, please note, that we did so, as you were WRONGLY insisting that we immediately directed you to the refund. As can be seen in the screenshots, YOU asked about the refund process. As we are offering a money-back guarantee and customer satisfaction is the highest priority for us, we were ready to provide you with a refund. If you consider providing the screenshots against the GDPR rules, we believe that your inaccurate testimonial is against the ethics rules. Regarding the video chat, please note that nowhere is written that we provide video chat support. Please read carefully the product's documentation and description before purchasing it. So, please try to be a little bit tolerant and fair when describing your experience in the public forum. Thank you.
