Wonderful customer service, orders always arrive by the expected delivery date provided, and pricing is hard to beat. Every department I have interacted with is always extremely helpful with great personalities, they make their customers a priority.

Jeffery Rich saved us a bundle on DigiVU microscope slides. We were reluctant to switch over but he gave us some free samples we could gradually work into our work flow. Jamie Yarger made getting the eventual order processed a pleasure.

Jeff and Tim were amazing and as always great to work with! They communicate well and are ready to tackle any challenges. The only thing that could have worked better from the Azer perspective was schedule the new equipment delivery for prior to the install dates because that delayed us being able to start the install for two days. That way if there are any delays it doesn't waste time for the techs waiting for the delivery to occur. I know there was a time crunch around this project so possibly there wasn't enough time to get the equipment scheduled to deliver sooner.
