The only issue I had was with sound on the call with my laptop but I used my phone instead and it was fine. There were so many appointments and the process was really simple and easy. Everything was explained really well and my results were super fast and easy to access. They honestly made the process stress-free and effortless! I would definitely recommend!

This was a very stress free way to get the test done. In our own timeshare, no need to leave and results within 30 min.

The test experience was very straightforward and we were walked through it by the representative. My issue is I cannot access any messages as I need a password reset. I asked 5 times and had no response. I pressed the password reset button every time I try to open a message. No response.
