They ship quickly, package their boxes well, and the product arrives in great condition and as described. I would buy from them again.

Trying to open this deck box is almost impossible unless you punch it with the force of Thor. I have had to slam it against the table on more than one occasion just to get access to my cards once again. Will never buy another one of these again.

Greetings Sean! So sorry to hear of your disappointment with the deck box :( We carry a variety of products from different manufacturers, I would love to pass your feedback along to them but I'm having difficulty identifying your order based on this review alone. Our return process is FREE and EASY if you'd like to send the item back just say the word and our Wizards will assist you promptly (we will need your order number or email address to assist in identifying which deck box you ordered)! When we receive the returned item we will refund 100% of the purchase without hesitation. As a retail partner of multiple manufacturers products we will submit your product feedback to them for review but we have no influence on their design and manufacturing processes. What we can do is try to describe the item more accurately on our product page and I would love to get your feedback on what we currently have written! We do appreciate your honest feedback on the deck box and would very much like to include it on our site's product review page (Ratings & Reviews are at the bottom of each Product Page). We were hoping that our TrustPilot reviews would reflect the service quality, checkout, shipping, and customer service experience that you have had with Backwoods Wizards but we're happy to receive feedback from customers in any form. Hope to hear from you soon regarding the return, happy to assist at a moments notice ;) All the Best, Rorik of the Backwoods

Great products. But note that the sidekick pro does not fit into the dungeon S 550 product.
