I was a first time Balani customer a few months ago - as I needed to update my wardrobe. I travel extensively for work, and needed to look sharp and have the suits hold up to being on planes, in suitcases, in hotels - basically, on the go. Joanna made the experience 1st class - from understanding my needs, the fitting, and then getting really great suits. I went back last week to expand my wardrobe a bit more. There may be other options out there, but I can tell you that you'll be happy you went to Balani.

The product speaks for itself, however it is the people that keep me coming back. Joanna is at the top of her game and extremely knowledgeable. Her recommendations on style and color have exceeded my expectations.

I ordered 5 shirts. Measures were taken for almost two hours. I was very specific what I want, like and most of all dislike. Even send pictures about the little details I wanted on my shirts. After two months of waiting, "my" shirts arrived. Sleeves were too short, multi color threads were used for the button holes (which I never request), the details I've requested weren't there, the brand logo wasn't removed per my request . The shirts were send back for correction, which I knew nothing was going to be corrected. After another month of waiting, the shirts arrived exactly the same, nothing was done. What was the most disturbing above all, Christian their manager, told me over the phone "You are too demanding and we cannot satisfy you". This is the most abraisive and unprofessional person I've come to do business with. I have no idea how he got to be a manager in a customer service industry! Bottom line is this establishment is not about making custom shirts. Pay extra and get real custom product from either Hamilton or Charvet.

This was my first custom tailored piece and Cordt made the entire process so easy. I can't wait to see the final product!
