Marina Y was a very polite and professional sales associate that help me choose a product that was right for my application. After 6 days I called looking for tracking and they had not gotten it shipped yet. Dave from customer service was rude and short on the phone (NOT GREAT WITH HIS CUSTOMER CARE).
